2011 Subaru STi (GRB)

The time has come to part with my favorite car/hobby. Was a fun and reliable drive regardless of Alberta weather. However; it’s no longer practical for me as I need a truck for work and sledding in the winter. This World Rally Blue 2011 Subaru STi Sedan (GRB body style) has lots to offer. Car is in perfect condition body/engine/interior wise and has been babied by myself since day 1. Maintenance always came first and I strictly stayed on top of it with the help of my own personal Subaru mechanic who did the majority of it for me. He is also willing to be used as a reference for any questions on the car.
NOTE: Car comes with factory STi enkei wheels with winters on. Also throwing in a brand new set of BF Goodrich G force sport comp-2 tires that retailed at $1000+
CarFax and Vin are all clean too!
Maintenance:
Oil changes done every 5000km with synthetic Motul 8100 X-clean+. Always used Subaru oil filters and have a magnetic oil plug to catch minuscule amounts of metal wear that can accumulate naturally between changes. *Engine doesn’t burn any oil between changes.*
Differential and Transmission have been flushed with new Motul oil every 20-30,000km. Transmission never hesitates to shift smoothly.
New NGK spark plugs installed last year
New OEM Exedy Clutch installed 30,000km ago
Brand new Gates timing belt and pulleys installed 2 weeks ago.
Brake system serviced/flushed every summer.
Differential mount bushings replaced with stiffer Whiteline brand bushings last fall.
Wheel alignment done when new suspension was installed last spring.
PCV valve changed yearly just to be preventative, not because it failed.
Cobb cold air intake filter changed every spring and cleaned every season.
New alternator/ air conditioning belts changed last spring.
I can show paperwork for all maintenance records.
Performance:
This car has a stage 2+ pro tune done by Sunny at Airboy located in Calgary. Most importantly the car has never been tracked or raced! The only reason for the pricey tune was for the EJ engine to have its own specific tune to run Shell V Power 91 gas and breath healthy at our altitude in Alberta with the bolt ons that are installed. This tune is not to be confused by your typical “Off the shelf” Cobb tune that most Subaru’s will have loaded in them. I also have the Dyno sheets to show for the tune that has been loaded on the V3 AccessPORT that will be included in the sale.
*For those that don’t know* Stage 2+ indicates that the car has a downpipe, cat-back and cold air intake installed.
Cobb high flow catted downpipe. (Installed @ 80,000km)
Borla quad exit Cat-back exhaust. Gives the car a very unique yet Subaru-like sound. (Installed @ 80,000km)
Cobb cold air intake manifold. (Installed @ 80,000km)
Eibach pro lowering springs kit installed last summer.
Cobb AccessPORT V3 tuner. (Blue and married to the car)
Cobb short throw shifter. (Installed @ 80,000km)

Custom made body kit made by company in Calgary. (Rear diffuser and side skirts)
STi front polyurethane lip
Car just came back from getting detailed. Had the whole front bumper, hood, side mirrors, A-pillars and roof wrapped in Expel self healing paint protection as well as extensive clay bar polishing before material was applied. Detailing work came in at $1000. You can see pictures in ad.
Im sure there is still lots that I’m missing. This is truly my loss your gain and you will understand why when you see the car in person.
